Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Winnow, LLC, doing business as DanceFinder, a Wisconsin limited liability company, governing your use of the DanceFinder mobile application and website at dancefinder.net.

1. Eligibility

• Users 18 and older may create an account and subscribe.
• Users ages 13-17 may subscribe only with verified parental or guardian consent.
• Users under 13 may not create an account or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DanceFinder is an information guide and listing service that compiles publicly available information about dance intensives, camps, workshops, and competitions into a searchable database. The Service is intended as a guide to potential dance opportunities, not an exact reproduction of source data from provider websites.

DanceFinder is NOT a booking agent, registration platform, or endorsement service. All information should be verified directly with program providers.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service requires an active subscription at $4.99 per year, processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Information Accuracy Disclaimer

While we make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy, we do not guarantee that all program details are current, complete, or correct. Program information may change without notice. You must always verify information directly with the program provider before making decisions about registration, travel, or financial commitments.

5. No Endorsement

Listing a program does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, safety, or legitimacy. DanceFinder does not inspect, audit, or evaluate listed programs.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in any dance program discovered through DanceFinder is at the sole risk of the participant and their parent or guardian. Dance is a physically demanding activity that carries inherent risks.

7. Intellectual Property

The DanceFinder database, design, and compilation of program information are the intellectual property of Winnow, LLC. You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanceFinder's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding a claim, or fifty dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Wisconsin law. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@dancefinder.net.
